Excise tax on caloric non-alcoholic beverages (drinks with added sugar, syrup or energy) including fruit juices, drinks and nectars. The tax is 100 CFA francs per litre for drinks with added sugar, syrup or energy drinks and 50 CFA francs per litre for the rest of the drinks. Unsweetened water (carbonated or uncarbonated) is excluded.
