Definitions
The following terms of use apply to any downloadable assets or data available from the Global Obesity Observatory website or otherwise provided by the World Obesity Federation. This includes the World Obesity Federation Global Obesity Observatory charts, images, tables, PDFs, and all other downloadable assets.
Permissions
Global Obesity Observatory assets and data are not to be reproduced without permission. © World Obesity Federation, London. To request permission, please contact obesity@worldobesity.org. Please note that granted permission does not constitute an endorsement by the World Obesity Federation. The World Obesity Federation reserves the right to deny requests for usage.
All permitted usage of the World Obesity Federation Global Obesity Observatory assets is subject to the guidelines below:
- World Obesity Federation Global Obesity Observatory assets are for non-commercial use only. Usage of World Obesity Federation Global Obesity Observatory assets for commercial sales, individual or organisational fundraising is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the World Obesity Federation.
- You must appropriately acknowledge any data and assets you use, including proper attribution to the World Obesity Federation and the original source (as shown in references).
- You must not use the World Obesity Federation logo, or Global Obesity Observatory materials or name in connection with any pornography, illegal activities, or other materials that are defamatory, libellous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- You must not use the data or assets in a way that misrepresents or falsifies their content.
- If you wish to use data or assets that are attributed to a third party, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the source provided.
