In this report, we examine the evidence for progress in meeting the targets for tackling adult obesity agreed by member states of the World Health Organization in 2013, in response to the 2011 United Nations High Level Political Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases (NCDs).

The targets include a 25% reduction of premature deaths from several leading non-communicable diseases by 2025, and no increase in the prevalence of adult obesity and diabetes between 2010 and 2025.

These individual scorecards have been created to identify how each country scores in terms of progress in meeting these targets.
