Mandatory measures to reduce sodium in bread

There is a mandatory limit on salt in bread of —0.9 g/100 g as of 2019. There are targets for this to reduce in as follows 2021—0.8 g/100 g, 2022—0.7 g/100 g, 2023—0.6 g/100 g.
